This warranty does not cover any damage to the product caused by accident, misuse, failure to follow installation, operation and service instruction, misapplication, alteration or attempted unauthorized repair service by anyone other the DENVER’S CHOPPERS. DENVER’S CHOPPERS shall not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do no allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply.

Repair or replacement of product by DENVER’S CHOPPERS is your sole and exclusive remedy and is limited in duration to the thirty (30) day term of this express warranty. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties EXPRESSED or IMPLIED including the warranties of MERCHANTABILITY and FITNESS FOR USE and all other obligations or liabilities on our part, and DENVER’S CHOPPERS neither assume, nor authorize any persons to assume for DENVER’S CHOPPERS, any other liability in connection with the sale of these components. DENVER’S CHOPPERS make no warranty whatsoever with respect to accessories or parts not manufactured by DENVER’S CHOPPERS. This warranty shall apply only within the United States.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

DENVER’S CHOPPER, LLC warrants to the original purchaser motorcycle(s), part and accessories as manufactured by DENVER’S CHOPPERS, LLC to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship under normal use and service. The term “original purchaser” as used in this warranty shall be deemed to mean that person to whom the DENVER’S CHOPPERS components were originally delivered.

Our obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair of any parts which may thus prove defective under normal use and service within thirty (30) days from the date of sale to the original purchaser and which our examination shall disclose to our satisfaction to be thus defective.

This warranty shall be void unless within thirty (30) days from the date of sale the original purchaser notifies DENVER’S CHOPPER, LLC in writing of the defect in materials and/or workmanship and returns the defective part, if requested, at the warrantor’s expense. If requested, the defective part must be returned and received by DENVER’S in a timely manner, in most case within thirty (30) days. DENVER’S CHOPPERS, LLC will repair or replace the defective part with sixty (60) days after receipt of written notice of defect.
