OUR POLICIES
 
DEALERS: We require a business name, address, phone number, tax number, business license, blanket resale certificate and a store front picture or yellow page ad for dealer consideration.
 
PRICES: A prices are subject to change without prior notice.
 
DESIGN: ALL DENVER’S products are subject to design changes without prior notice.
 
TERMS: All orders require a 50% deposit. The balance is due prior to shipment, unless shipped COD.
 
RETURNS: All claims must be made within 7 (seven) days of receipt of parts. Products may not be returned without prior consent. All parts will be inspected upon receipt and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No returns are allowed on special orders.
Please Note: All parts returned must be packaged correctly; customer is responsible for merchandise damaged in shipping due to inadequate packaging. Denver’s Choppers will not be responsible for return freight on overseas orders.
 

CREDIT CARDS: We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS. We charge 4% handling for a credit card order. Keep in mind that at this time UPS COD is $6.00, so for an order over $150.00 it is cheaper to pay by COD.
